Learn the special halachos and customs for the fast of Tisha B’Av with Rabbi Yosef Shusterman.
Also addressed is this upcoming Shabbos, which this year falls out on the 9th of Av and precedes the fast on Sunday. Learn who must absolutely fast and who may get an exception from a Rov. Do we say Pirkei Avos this coming Shabbos afternoon? May one sit in a car on the fast day? Is it permitted to eat meat the night following the fast?

IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT TO STRESS THAT ” NOTHING” CAN BE EATEN ON SHABBOS AFTER SUNDOWN.
would be nice to have these written out bullet style or a text version for those who can’t stream videos or would prefer to read it.
That’s what the man said
Yes, Tisha BAv always starts at sundown the night before. The fast begins at shkia on Shabbos.
