IT’S ALSO IMPORTANT TO STRESS THAT ” NOTHING” CAN BE EATEN ON SHABBOS AFTER SUNDOWN.

Yes, Tisha BAv always starts at sundown the night before. The fast begins at shkia on Shabbos.
