On Thursday, Yud-Tes Kislev, people from Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester and Brooklyn joined together for a festive meal and Farbrengen at the Lincoln Place Shul.
Rabbi Meyer Shushan, the Rov of the shul, began the Farbrengen explaining the greatness of Yud Tes Kislev.
Then, Mr. Rami Glattman said a story about Hashgocha Pratis during the Holocaust.
Mr. Pinchas Jacov, the event’s sponsor, told the story of his miraculous recovery, thanks to the Rebbe’s brocha.
Mr. Chaim Narkis, the shul’s sponsor of the year, spoke about how bitachon causes success in life.
The newly released Rebbe’s video “peace upon the land” was projected and captivated the crowd. After bentching, a sheva brochos was held for Aviram and Gladys Garma. The Mashpia Reb Zalman Landau continued the farbrengen until the early morning.
The Lincoln Place Shul is a new and vibrant Chabad shul and beis hamedrash located on Lincoln Place between Albany and Troy, hosting tefilos, shiurim, farbrengens, shabbos tefilos and Yoma Depagras.
