Not everyone in CH is a frum Lubavitcher. Not everone is frum. We want to know if the store will uphold the highest standards so EVERYONE can eat here, i.e. if it’s chalav Yisroel of 212 degrees, are the cones pas palter or pas Yisroel.
If you trust the hechsher, then it’s good, and if not, stay away till it improves.
That’s why we need to know. 🙂
