according to halocho we do not eat nuts or vinigar or some bitter salad in the beggining of the video on rosh hashana, bot besides for that i think the salad is great!

“Vinegar” means wine that went bad. We don’t eat it on RH because it’s a siman klala – something good became bad. I think it likely that it doesn’t apply to apple vinegar.
And “egozim”, which we don’t eat, means walnuts. Almonds are OK.
Totally enjoyed! Gonna try that pomegranate trick!

If you watch the video or read the recipe – it says nuts are optional and there is a substitute for the vinegar – lemon juice.
