That’s an M4, please don’t get confused between the two, since they are very similar.
The M16 is heavier and has a longer barrel, but the M4 is more compressed and has a smaller barrel.
However the general is standing on the wrong side…there was recently am accident with a9 yr old girl killing and instructor at a shooting range cuz he stood on the wrong side….and when the weapon was put on automatic, it jumped and she shot the instructor…otherwise beautiful video
