The significance of birthdays and the 18th of Elul
The eighteenth of Elul, or Chai Elul, is a celebrated day on the Chabad calendar. It is the birthday of both the Baal Shem Tov, founder of the Chassidic movement, and the Alter Rebbe, founder of the Chabad movement. In this class we’ll analyze what is so special about a birthday, and thereby learn a profound lesson in how we can experience “being born” in our spiritual path.
Join us for a Live class with world renowned lecturer and author, Rabbi Tzvi Freeman, tonight at 8pm EST.
This class is presented in partnership with the Jewish Learning Network.
