May you build a binyan adai ad- an everlasting edifice- in a world that is universally peaceful and G-d-fearing. Nice to see such a traditional, Chassidic chasunah in a place where the Communists once tried to wipe out religion and the Lubavitcher community suffered greatly. As for the refugee situation, “Me k’amcha,k’yisroel.” Fellow Jews caring so warmly for one another is amazing and very touching… Parenthetically,the era of WW1 was not the only time when Jews in Eastern Europe were forced to resort to the help of their fellow Jews to escape danger.
