I was talking to a certain fellow the other day and i was complaining about the utter lack of change and direction exhibited in general by lubavitch yeshiva faculties worldwide so im now publicly announcing i was wrong, the london yeshiva is in the vanguard of change and direction, they identify the problem root it out and make much needed CHANGES, for example the yeshova NEEDED renovations so they MADE renovations CASE AND POINT! another example (specifically relating to this article) they saw that the bochurim were extremely gifted and that in order for their gifts brighten and not extinguish… Read more »

Someone’s taking advantage of Rabbi Raparport.
Perhaps the greatest and most humble Talmid Chochom in Lubavitch today.
Great catch for London and great match as well!

YGL London arguably has the most talented and most caring hanhola in lubavitch, led by R hertz, who is a genius in his own right, together with R schtroks and rabbi liberman, two very sharp engaging minds, who dont just sit on the sidelines but encourage the bochurim to learn on their own level. For chassidus R gordon is a true role model and a passionate solider in the rebbe’s army, who personifies the rebbe’s love and loves each bochur indiscriminately something that unfortunately rare today. R zilbershtein is a gem whom many chassidshe bochurim attribute his farbrengens as the… Read more »

Rabbi Chaim Rapaport is a world class talmid chocham. If only more of his teaching were available to the public.

What a catch! I wish I was back in yeshiva. He is of the best Magidei Shiurim around today and what makes it so special is how modest and humble of a person Reb Chaim is. He is always shying away from any kovud. You would never know what a Talmud chochum he is unless you speak to him in learning.

wow

I’m trying to imagine the Torah debates that will go on between Rabbi Rapaport and Rabbi Hertz…
Two incredible Talmidei Chachomim

For an international figure like Rabbi Rappaport to join a Yeshiva is very unusual and a real catch for London.
Really lucky Bochurim; I learned in London around five years ago. It was an excellent Yeshiva then and it’s only been getting better and more serious.

WOW!!!

Definitively the most impressive member of staff any Yeshiva has brought in over the last couple decades.
London Yeshiva has made some strategic moves over the past few years. London may now have the overall best staff faculty in any Yeshiva worldwide. I heard they also just renovated their building, really really impressive.

Happy news
