A Shliach, a father of 7 from Israel, collapsed while in New York.
He was transported to Methodist Hospital, and was there for 2 and a half months. He has no insurance that covered him in the US, so the hospital discharged him to a rehab facility.
His wife, who flew in to New York to be at his side, has been here for over 2 months as well.
With the help of Hatzalah, Rabbi Avraham Lieder of Ahavas Chesed arranged for him to be temporarily admitted to a facility in Brooklyn, but he needs to be transferred to a nursing facility in Israel, where he can receive the proper medical care.
Due to his serious condition, he must be escorted by 2 airline medics to get back home.
This medical transport will cost $16,000.
Please help this Shliach and his wife get home to their children before Pesach.
