Fathers, son, and members of the Chabad community from around south Florida spent a morning of learning and inspiration at the invitation of the Klurman Mesivta, this past Sunday.
Honoring the auspicious day of Hei Teves, the morning commenced with chassidus shiurim with each father sitting alongside his son, some fathers even gave shiurim. After a beautiful davening, a delicious breakfast was enjoyed by all.
A fascinating learning program ensued with shiurim by Rabbi Michoel Lozenik who captivated the crowd with a talk on the significance of “the printed word,” followed by Rabbi Isser Dovid Silverman who graced the audience with insights on how to create a home based on and permeated with Chassidishe values.
In line with the Rebbe‘s directive to buy seforim on Teves 5, celebrating the victory of the Rebbe’s Library in 1987, a seforim fair was held throughout the morning, with an extensive selection of seforim available.
The fair was organized by Mrs. Judy Kitchner, General Studies Principal of Klurman Mesivta, with the help of Mrs. Yehudis Glasserman, Mrs. Nechamah Goldberg, Mrs. Dvorkie Donin and Mrs. Allison Rudd.
Thanks is due to the Principal Rabbi Yosef Zavdi, the dedicated staff, Menachem Kozlovsky and everyone involved in making the event so special.
