The International Shidduch Group Network has announced its first ever conference to be held on Monday, November 4, from 12 noon to 8:30 p.m. at Beis Levi Yitzchak, 556 Crown St., in Crown Heights.
“The conference theme is ‘Everybody Knows Somebody – Solving the Shidduch Crisis Together,’ and that is exactly what will transpire at this event,” says Elana Bergovoy, President of the Shidduch Group Network.
Along with basking in an energy-boosting dose of inspiration, chizuk and sisterhood, attendees will share profiles and sit in on a panel discussion with shadchanim and shidduch coaches, network with one another and learn some valuable dating secrets and tips.
At 6:30 p.m., the day will culminate in a lecture, “Getting to the Chuppah” from the acclaimed author and mentor, Rabbi Nissan Dovid Dubov, Director of Chabad Lubavitch of South London and a member of the Hanhallah of Chabad Lubavitch UK. He is the author of 11 books, including the best-selling, “Mazel Tov! A Chabad Wedding Guide,” as well as the JLI “Art of Marriage” course.
The International Shidduch Group Network has facilitated hundreds of shidduchim since its inception over eight years ago. This Chabad-oriented grassroots parent and singles shidduch network taps into the mazal and bracha generated by achdus, simcha, and Ahavas Yisroel. Over 3 dozen groups in 27 different cities meet on a regular basis to learn the Rebbe’s directives on shidduchim and put them into practice, share profiles of singles, celebrate simchas of couples brought together from across the globe and much more.

this is amazing! yasher koach to the people organizing this event! really looking forward!
wow! about time something like this happens!
A child refusing to go out on dates should not be forced. Its not fair to the other party and clearly they are not ready! You may want to look into the reason behind it as well, there can be deeper issues.
Let your child come around on their own. I know this because I too refuse to date.
please come to montreallll
Great organization!
is there an online site where singles can register their profiles to be seen be all the shadchanim? For those who cannot attend the event

People work and would have loved to attend. Can one attend just the evening portion?
