“My kids love the stories shared by other chayolim,” exclaims shlucha Mrs. Leah Lang of Camarillo, California. “They beg me for the next issue so they can see the continuation of the cartoons!”
“Our children’s favorite sections are the mashpia part, followed by the “Parshafier” and memoirs. Oh, and the Rebbe stories…and just about the entire thing!” enthuses Mrs. Shaindel Schapiro, shlucha to Hoboken, New Jersey.
“Not all my children read English, so every Friday night we sit down right after licht bentchen and read the magazine together,” explains Mrs. Rivkah Glazman, shlucha to Riga, Latvia.
From Seoul, South Korea to Istanbul, Turkey and from Cape Town, South Africa to Sumy, Ukraine, over 5,000 chayolim eagerly anticipate the arrival of HaChayol Magazine each week. And their anticipation pays off.
Having begun as a 20-page monthly magazine five years ago, Chayolei Tzivos Hashem’s HaChayol Magazine has expanded, adding 200 pages of content within the last two years.
“This year, though, we have upgraded the magazine to feature 8-16 pages every week of the month,” states Rabbi Yerachmiel Benjaminson, executive director of Tzivos Hashem. “This way, the children have just the right amount of reading material to read every week, with each issue specifically centered on the happenings of that week.”
With the four weeks of Tishrei packed with yomim tovim, every week will feature 12 pages of stimulating, educational, interactive content, beautifully designed in full color with cutting-edge graphics and intriguing images. (Click here for past Tishrei issues.)
“MyShliach’s division of Chayolei Tzivos Hashem ensures that no young shliach or shlucha is left out from the phenomenal program that has raised today’s standards for Chassidishe growth and hiskashrus across the board,” explains Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, vice-chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch.
With its dedicated staff tailoring to the unique circumstances of yaldei hashluchim, HaChayol Magazine and mission sheets are delivered weekly to 835 children in 232 cities spanning 29 countries around the world.
“We owe a tremendous hakoras hatov to Rabbi Kotlarsky for the support and funding through which HaChayol Magazine was born and continues to impact thousands of Lubavitcher homes world over,” adds Rabbi Shimmy Weinbaum, director of Chayolei Tzivos Hashem. “His foresight and dedication to the success of the magazine have changed the face of Lubavitch youth today.”

for us shluchim who’s children have no connection with any other chabad children, my shlaich and the Hachayol magazine is the only connection our children have. Rabbi Kotlarsky May Hashem bless you for all that you do and be able to continue helping us shluchim around the world. I know you do amazing work, but My Shliach is by far the most important thing you do!
Boruch Hashem that someone is thinking of our own children. For years Chabad has been making things for all Yiden around the world. its about time that we do things for our own children.
This magazine has changed our shabbos table. each week every person at the table reads another page in the magazine. the best part is the parshafire (Sicha) when 5 people get to roll play the article. who ever writes this has an amazing talent. keep up the great work!
