The evening continued with Rabbi Velvel Lipskar, one of the mashpiim in yeshiva, who described how in general the Hemshaichim of the Rebbe Rashab were first written and then told over to the chassidim which was then printed.
In honor of the 100th anniversary of when the original maamer was said, everyone then learned a maamer from the Hemshech Ayin Bais-Ayin Gimmel, Parshas Chayai Sarah.
Next Rabbi Sosonko, a member of the community, spoke, who explained the significance and deeper meaning of niggunin, which was followed by the singing of the Rostover niggun. Afterwards a video of the Rebbe was shown, which was an excerpt of a sicha from Chof Chashvan Tof Shin Mem Daled.
