LA Schools Are Visited

Rabbi Nochem Kaplan visiting with Rabbi Yitzchok Newman at the Hebrew Academy of Huntington Beach CA. He was a guest at a number of Chabad schools in the LA area and consulted on a number of Merkos Chinuch Office projects.
