Scoles Fuels Legal Controversy

Nearly eight months later, Magistrate Judge Jon Scoles's denial of bail to Sholom Rubashkin has drawn the attention of several national Jewish organizations and provided those who see anti-Semitic motives in the government's behavior with their best ammunition. "It really boils down, if you are a Jew, special rules apply to you," Rubashkin attorney Guy Cook told JTA. Full Story

There is no sense for such a ruling. Wake up and smell the coffee. The Judge is being ordered by the GOV of Iowa, keep Rubashkin in jail. He violated Union rules, and we will make a scapegoat out of him. Union mafia is what is keeping him in jail.
Always follow the money, and you will see what is fueling this entire debate.
