At Monday's 13th Plenary Assembly of the World Jewish Congress in Jerusalem, Mr. Eduardo Elsztain was named Chairman of the Board of Governors. Mr. Elzstain, a real estate developer in Argentina, is a long time friend of Chabad-Lubavitch and president of Chabad of Argentina.
