when is it estates and when is it just simple bungalow colony?
you have such a beautiful place, with sunshine and grass and fresh air, yards for kids to run around in and yet everyone chooses to live in a overcrowded smelly polluted city yearlong. You have the basic structure of a little lubavitch city going on there, why not just build schools and shuls there, have everyone renovate their homes a bit to adjust them for year long living and boom you have the basic setup for a lubavitch community in a beautiful area.
