Judging by the gentleman three places to his right, the height may not be accurate. However, AFAIK, the Alter Rebbe was around 5 feet tall.

Rabbi Shneur Zalman from Lyady (the Alter Rebbe). The founder of the teaching of chabad. The first Rebbe who started Lubavich movment. In1798 by the false witness he was acused of spying for Turkey. He was areested for 53 days and spent this time in Petropavlovsy fortress. A special cometee that investigated the case found him completly not guilty. to the best of my knowledge – i was there. all these buildings were not around when the alter rebbe was there
