Ari Bronstein wasa the Bachur who was putting on Tfillin with this soldier by the Kosel on the day of his Hanachas T’fillin!!! Yasher Coach Ari!!!
#68 he is not an aviator, the air force does not even wear green uniforms. He is in the infantry, in the golani brigade, as shown by his pin. He has been in the army for less than one year, otherwise he would have completed the training period and recieved a second pin.
The sufa aircraft, or the american f16 built to israeli specifications is called the f16i (for israel) not f161.
Anyways, i’m tempted to say the kotel but it seems way to obvious to be true. Maharat hamachpela is definately an option.

Usually Tifflin booths are by the Kotel.
