Contender:
Aryeh Greenberg, 36, married with 5 children.
Residence:
Hallandale Beach, Florida.
Occupation:
Psychotherapist.
Musical Aspirations:
I have been singing since I was a young child – recording original tunes on my cassette player and then dancing to them. I’ve been a regular Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur chazzan for the last 10 years, and had numerous opportunities to sing at simchas. I feel a very powerful emotion whenever I sing, and people tell me that my singing arouses their emotions as well.
Reality Check:
I happen to love helping people in their lives as a therapist. I think this is a major part of my shlichus, but I’ve always hoped to use my voice as part of my shlichus to inspire yiddin and bring joy to their lives. This may very well be that opportunity.
Favorite Singer:
Avraham Fried!
Favorite Song:
Forever One
A Jewish Star:
All we can do is make the keli (vessel for blessings) and HaShem will do His part.

what a nice voice!
this is the connection we’re all looking for
wow what a nice voice!!!!
hes the winner!!!
Aryeh has the spark of life radiating from within. I’ve seen him sing, dance and entertain at simchas and the crowd goes wild. This only showcases the voice but its the whole package that is Aryeh.
Listening to Aryeh, made me feel elevated. I’d like him to daven in our shul.
Aryeh: I looked over & listened to all the contenders & while they are good you beat hands down. Best of the bunch in my opinion-I have seen great Chazans like Yosele Rosenblatt, Moshe Oysher, Jan Pearce & even Asa Yolson in my 75 years.
33, he sang at my wedding too! You can feel his emotions .
Aryeh is an amazing person with an amazing voice. He sang at my wedding and whenever I hear him, it gives me chills. He should be given this opportunity – he has such a gift to share!
this singing brought me to tears!
definitely the one! he sounds exactly like a mix of Ohad and Benny Friedman, my two favorite singers!
nice g”l!!!
aryeh is a gem and for pure voice he was given a brachah and uses it to penetrate the deepest neshamah. he should win on kavanah but if not whoever is fortunate enough to hear him sing experiences the expression of a sweet soul.
