I know of FIRST hans knowledge that harav Marlow was involved in a P’shore that took place between reb Dovid F. and three business men, and was waiting for the day that he could get rid of this problem from the greater Lubavitcher community at large. and by the way, according to many in the know (including family) the illness thas riped away rabbi marlow from us, was a result of the machlokus, and if only the vaad members that made it so much more complicated for the rav to fix the problem, who know maybe the rav would be… Read more »
the Rabanim (Rabbi Marlow A”H and יבדלח”ט – Rabbi Osdoba and Rabbi Heller שליט”א) never took of the Cherem.

answer: Not only was he there – but he was one of the main campaigners against him!
I remember the Public meeting in 5746 that took place in 770 – where Reb yoel publicly spoke out against him.

Oh, just can it! Give it up already, this is so old it has whiskers. NO ONE CARES ANY MORE, except a few crazies with an agenda. You should be worried about the total lack of achdus in the community (starting with the Rabbonim) & the effect it has on all the kids who wonder at the hypocrisy here.
Dovid Fischer isn’t in cherem. Get over it, or move away if you don’t want to risk running into him. And don’t rent from him either! More places for MY kids!
