The iVolunteer organization, run by Tzvi and Sheva Tauby, coordinated the distribution of 75 Chanuka baskets to the homes of Holocaust survivors around NY City.
Sunday night volunteers and friends came together to bring light to Holocaust survivors around NYC. They lit the menorah with them, shared latkes and donuts and Chanuka cheer.
Danielle, a volunteer said: “What an amazing opportunity it was! I’ve met survivors before, but never got to meet one and light the menorah with them…the person I visited hasn’t lit her own menorah since before the war. It was quite a moving experience!”
anyone who has a number on their arm can give huge Brachos. Thank you Tauby’s for helping them.
