Lubavitch Youth Organization’s Mivtza Lulav campaign is reporting that 25 members of Anash went with their families on Mivtza Lulav so far.
“Some went to do Mivtzoim in Old Age homes, while others made their rounds in apartment buildings with a high concentration of Yidden,” said R’ Betzalel Laufer of The Mivtza Lulav Center in Crown Heights.
“A number of families set up on busy street corners in Manhattan and Brooklyn to shake the Lulav with every Yid possible, and Boruch Hashem, many Yidden had the chance of shaking Lulav,” he added.
The center offers pre-arranged Mivtzoim locations in the New York area that have a high concentration of Yidden, like office and apartment buildings, populated streets and intersections, old age homes, and hospitals. Mivtzaim materials (guides, etc.) are available as well.
Conveniently located near the Kingston subway station, the center is located at 305 Kingston Avenue (Levi Yitzchok Library) and is open again on Monday and Tuesday of Chol Hamoed, from 10am until 4pm.

we are sooooo proud of you! keep up the great work! may you have a ton of hatzlacha in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we miss u!
a lot more than 25 ch families went on mivtzoim. only 25 used the center to provide for them lulav and movtza materials
ditto. We live in a moderate size town and much more than 25 families went on Mivtza lulav. Many people go on Yomtov, having to walk many miles. One would think with the regentrification of Park Slope, Bed/Sty, Williamsburg etc there would be many opportunities for Lubs in CH to take advantage of.
Only 25 for the WHOLE CROWN HEIGHTS!!??
i went with my 10 year old son. we went door to door in a building some of the people were so excited that they were remembered one 80 year old lady asked : tell me who sent you here who remembered me? we pointed to the picture of the rebbe hanging in her dinnete the rebbe remembered you.
thank you btzalel laufer and tzach for all your doing .
