Ever wonder why Jack DeCoster (head of Wright County Egg who recalled 380 million eggs in connection with a salmonella outbreak) was allowed to continue business as usual, even after all the run-ins with authorities over the years – concerning the operation of his business – even with the massive fines paid out over the years because of the blatant disregard for the rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of his business?
While Sholom Rubashkin, the former CEO of Agriprocessors, was immediately tried and convicted of practically the same charges DeCoster faced at one time or another.
I’m not saying what either of these men did was excusable, it’s just interesting how one person was arrested, tried by a jury of his peers and sentenced, and the other is allowed to continue business without any type of [criminal] charges, seems pretty unfair to me.
Obviously the prosecutor and judge were’nt looking for “Justice” and “Fairness” in the Rubashkin case, ALL they were looking to do is to carry out their EVIL AGENDA against Sholom Rubashkin. Yes. these 2 evil snakes had nothing but but their vicious evil hateful agenda in mind, – to destroy a successful religious jew who did everything he could to bring kosher meat to every jew in America and litterally sacrificed his ENTIRE LIFE on doing Tzedaka and Chesed

And ill take it a step further and say what Rubashkin did, is indeed excusable, a fine would suffice, not a a jail sentence.
