The liquid is to keep the Lulavim fresh and to keep them from going bad and splitting.
Didn’t the Ramban live in Egypt?
It is not like he is supporting the government, he is supporting some joe shmoe who has no clue what is going on except he can make money from selling these palm branches to the Jews.
where did the rambam write that? that is only by the issur of chasnus because “kol d’porish mirubo porish”. (see Likkutei Sichos chelek 19 shoftim sicha 2) however the rambam does write (melochim perek 5 halacha 8)that it is mutar to go back for “sechora” and “prakmatya” (business) and the issur is only “l’hishtakai’a”(to dwell)
Can I buy directly from him? Anyone has a contact phone number?
That is arak mixed with water :)))))))))))!
The Rambam write that the egyptians of old no longer live there since Sancheriv mixed up all the populations of the world so there is no issur. I think those pictures are cool.
Isn’t there an issur for a Jew to go to Egypt? And why are we patronising an Anti-Semitic country? Why don’t we buy lulavim from Mexico and other places that are closer, with cheaper shipping costs? El Arish was once Israel. Begin, defying the Rebbe’s orders, gave it to Egypt. Now the Egyptians have our oild. Should we also buy lulavim from them? Harotzachta vegam yarashta!
What’s that white liquid in bath?
