There are very ancient Jewish Kvarim in Afghanistan. Does anyone know if any photos have been taken of them? I am particularly interested in Herat. How would I be able to contact the Colonel please?

there are more lubavitchers in the army, but not those that stick up for having a beard

another rabbi

we need more rabbi’s in the army like chaplain Goldstien! not only is he doing the Rebbe’s shlichus, but also is sticking up for his rights of having a beard!! Lets push more Lubavitchers in the army — wouldn’t that be wonderful?
